Rate changes effective for the new fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007: NYS Disability Benefits-Lay Employees: $12.00 per month per employee.
Effective January 1, 2008 the unemployment insurance rate to employers is
1.25% of the first $8,500 of each employees' wages each calendar year.
This means, for example, an employer will be charged $106.25 per year for
employees earning at least $8,500 per year.
Please remember to pay your health insurance invoices as billed. Please do not make changes to your invoices. Any changes (additions/deletions) will be reflected on subsequent invoices.
Beginning January 1, 2005, APA Partners will no longer be our third part administrator (TPA) for our self-insured disability insurance program. We are please to announce that we have contracted with R.F. Toole Associates from East Syracuse to be our new TPA. We anticipate a smooth transition from APA Partners to R.F. Toole Associates.
