After one year of employment and attainment of age 25, an employee working 500 hours or more per year will become a member of the Lay Employees' Retirement Plan of the Diocese of Ogdensburg in accordance with the rules of the Plan as summarized in the Plan document.  This Plan is financed entirely by the employers of the Diocese.

Employers are requested to submit a Lay Employees' Retirement Plan Enrollment Form to the Human Resources Office at the time an employee is hired. 

Employers will receive invoices twice a year (June and December) and shall be given the option to pay their premium on a monthly, quarterly or semi annual basis.  Please submit payment to:
