Your Protected Self-Insurance Office bills each location on an annual basis.  Your first bill will come July 1 that covers the entire fiscal year. The first payment is due July 31 and the second payment is due January 31. Quarterly statements will be sent reflecting the activity.  As you all know, we implemented a new insurance billing program and we are pleased with the results.  Please continually check your bills for accuracy.

Insurance is not always black and white, rather a gray area.  Always check to see if your loss is covered under your Program.
